Choose the area that suits your desired experience:
Galaxy – The ultimate family fun zone, featuring 1.7 km of thrilling water slides, a wave pool, and interactive activities for all ages. This is the only area where children aged 3-14 are allowed.
The Palm – An adults - only oasis, offering a stunning pool under a retractable roof, mineral pools, hydromassage beds, a pool bar, and indoor & outdoor relaxation areas. A Palm ticket also includes access to the Galaxy area.
Elysium – A premium relaxation zone featuring thematic saunas, a diverse range of wellness therapies, personalized spa treatments, and fine dining experiences. A ticket for Elysium also includes access to The Palm and Galaxy.
The minimum age for body treatments is 18. Children under 3 (with a birth certificate) and those over 14 (with an ID) are allowed in The Palm and Elysium.
Take a deep breath in the sauna with Himalayan salt walls, and let your skin absorb precious resources for the body in the thermal water pools enriched with minerals. Relax at the pool bar or on a sun lounger among the palm trees and rediscover the natural rhythm of life.

If you're ready to unwind, don’t forget to pack your swimsuit, flip-flops, and towel. Or, stop by the shop behind the ticket counters to purchase any essentials you might need. If you haven’t packed one, you can also rent a towel (mandatory for your visit) or a bathrobe (optional).
Important: Wearing your swimsuit or swim shorts under your clothes before arrival is not allowed. Flip-flops/slippers worn outside are also not permitted—they must be clean and packed in your bag.
Once you've passed the locker room area, you don't have to worry about carrying items because payment in Therme is made using the RFID bracelet that you received at the entrance. By the time you leave, you will be relaxed as if you were on a vacation, and if you don’t want to drive, you can order a taxi from the device conveniently placed near the café.
