During an Aqua Fun session, you are in a (dance) competition with everyone else in the pool. It's just that nobody loses here, everyone gains from a healthy workout, has fun to the rhythm of energizing and stimulating songs while trying to keep up with the instructor. The exercises are of high intensity and require good coordination and constant attention in order to actively respond to the challenges.
