The most talented Aufguss masters from across the country will give their all in the sauna for a place in the Romanian National Aufguss Team.
Between 25th and 27th of March 2025, Therme București will become the stage for Romania’s most intense Aufguss competition: the 4th edition of the National Aufguss Championship. Competitors will feel the pressure with every move, fighting for a place in the Romanian National Aufguss Team and the chance to represent Romania at the Aufguss WM 2025 World Championship, hosted in Verona, Italy.
For three days, the Elysium area will host spectacular shows where music, stories, costumes, and natural essential oils will come together in a total sensory experience. Each competitor will bring their unique energy, and the international jury will decide who deserves to advance.
Access to the experiences within the National Aufguss Championship is included in the Elysium area ticket and is granted exclusively with a special wristband. Depending on availability, each guest receives 4 wristbands at the reception point located in front of the Calla Shower. Guests who enrol in the Wellness Insider programme receive an additional 2 wristbands, subject to availability. The wristbands are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

This year, the Aufguss WM World Championship will take place at Aquardens, Verona, in the heart of Italy. Known as the city of love, Verona is famous for the legend of Romeo and Juliet and has a fascinating history in the culture of thermal baths. Since Roman times, the region’s thermal waters have been cherished for their therapeutic properties, and the wellness tradition has evolved into modern centres where the art of sauna and hydrotherapy seamlessly combine.
