From 15th to 18th August 2024, we’re extending our opening hours until midnight, with special access to the beach and creative workshops for the little ones, while adults can learn the first steps of Cha Cha, Bolero and Son Cubano at the Havana Cuban Party.
Havana is here! On the 15th of August, Cuban rhythms and flavours take over Sands of Therme beach at the Havana Cuban Party! Enjoy a Mojito or Cuba Libre crafted to perfection and learn your first Cha Cha, Bolero, or Son Cubano steps with special guests: “The Cuban Project Show.” Soak up the energy and passion of Cuban rhythms or become the life of the party yourself!
For a pleasant experience, please drink responsibly. Remember, you can always use alternatives like Ride Sharing or STB Line 442 to get to Therme București.

We’ve got big surprises for the little ones! From 15th to 18th August, all children up to 14 years old can access Sands of Therme beach and The Palm area at no extra charge. Europe’s largest urban beach becomes their playground, relaxation spot, and creative space. We’re ready with activities designed just for them, to entertain and engage them all day long.
Remember: children up to 14 years old will not have access to the Elysium area.
The little ones will absolutely love the creative workshops, brimming with imagination, such as moulding delicious ice creams from playdough, the Mystery Box where bravery and curiosity are rewarded, or temporary tattoos for a touch of magic. Did someone say water balloons? We’ve got them! Plus, a piñata filled with surprises! Everything is designed to turn each day into an unforgettable adventure!
