Using the contact form
When you use the contact form on the website, we process you: Name and surname, email address, phone number (optional), the reason you contact us, as well as other additional information you provide in the dedicated section.
Using the Therme Chatbot
The Therme Chatbot communicates with you in an interactive way to provide instant answers to most of the requests you may have with us. When the response to your request cannot be generated automatically, the request will be sent to a Therme operator. In this regard, we ask for your email address in order to use it in communication with you. Subsequently, depending on the nature of the request, we may ask you for additional information necessary to resolve your request. Such information may also contain personal data.
The Therme Chatbot records all the information you enter into the chat room even if the answers you receive are automatic and no transfer to an operator is required.
Social networks
In various situations, we may process your data through social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc.). When you send us private messages or use the chatbot integrated with these social networks. We do not recommend the transmission of personal data via social networks and we cannot guarantee the security of such transmissions, bearing in mind that we cannot control the full access to external entities that can access this information, such as social network operators and their partners. Please take this into account when using this kind of communication channel. In this context, depending on why you contact us, a Therme operator will answer your questions, and when this involves processing your personal data, it may refer you to other communication channels controlled and secured by us (for example: transmission of data through the website or to dedicated email addresses).
Using the email
When you contact us by email, we have access to the personal data that you provide as well as that data that we subsequently request from you necessary for your resolution. Also, when the answer we are about to send you contains sensitive personal data, we may choose to use additional methods of protection. (for example, encryption), in which case we also need your phone number to send you the password through which you can access the file sent by email.
Sending requests through the electronic devices on premises
When you contact us through electronic devices we process your first name and last name, email address, phone number (optional), the reason you contact us and the necessary details related to the requests.
WHY DO WE PROCESS THIS PERSONAL DATA?
We process this data to retrieve, register, investigate, resolve and send the response to your request.
WHAT ARE THE LEGAL GROUNDS ON WHICH WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?

HOW DO WE MANAGE INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER?
As a rule, for this processing activity, your personal data is stored and processed on servers and in physical locations in Romania and the European Union.
However, the use of it systems may also involve the transmission of data outside the European Union and countries that do not provide an adequate level of protection, such as the United States. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
