Through this Privacy Notice we want to provide you with details about the processing of your personal data in the context of the installation and use of MyTherme mobile applications.

We recommend that you read this Privacy Notice together with the Privacy Policy, in order to obtain as much information as possible on how we protect your personal data.

MyTherme Apps give you the posibility to access our services from mobile devices with iOS and Android operating systems. They allow you to access our web shop and also the content of the website www.therme.ro. and its related subdomains.

This Privacy Notice addresses only specific situations involving the processing of personal data in the context of the installation and use of MyTherme mobile applications.

Information about the use of your MyTherme account, the purchase of products and services, marketing notifications, the receipt and management of your requests, or other activities that may be carried out through the applications is detailed in the different information Notes. WHAT ARE THE CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA THAT WE PROCESS?

When you use MyTherme mobile applications, we may process the following personal data:

  • The IP of your device;
  • Device’s operating system;
  • Type of the device;
  • The set language of the phone;
  • Unique ID generated for your device that allows us to distinguish you from other users for generating statistical data on how you use the applications.
  • Pages accessed, number of visits, etc.;
  • The region from which you come;
  • Logs about your actions in the applications;
  • Errors, changes made successfully etc.

WHY DO WE PROCESS THIS DATA?

We process this data for:

  • Ensuring functionality and maintaining adequate security throughout the application.
  • Personalising the display of the content; (e.g. the language in which the information is displayed to you);
  • Obtaining statistical information and reports about how you use Therme applications for the purpose of improving the services, or other marketing purposes;
  • Fixing errors or technical issues;
  • Maintaining adequate security during application use;
  • Keeping logs about user’s actions, etc.

In order to limit the collection of excessive data, we have set Google analytics to collect only those data strictly necessary in relation to the stated purposes.

WHAT ARE THE LEGAL GROUNDS ON WHICH WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?

We rely on our legitimate interest when we process your data strictly necessary for the functionality of the application, maintaining an adequate level of security, fixing errors or technical problems, providing legally binding information in the set language of your phone, saving your marketing options, etc. Under these conditions, the information is collected automatically without your consent and is used throughout the use of the application.

HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
