Brrr… For the first time this year, Romania is hosting its largest cold exposure circuit. Get ready for an intense experience, designed for those who want to challenge themselves and uncover their inner strength through controlled exposure to cold.
An experience of contrasts, ReWild Circuit is created together with the Unbounded team from Canada. Lisa Kricfalusi and Nick McNaught, founders of Unbounded, bring to Therme their unique expertise in cold exposure and reconnection with nature. Lisa has Finnish roots and a background in kinesiology and yoga, while Nick turned his passion for cold-water swimming into an international community. Together, they have created rituals that teach you how to move from fear to curiosity and discover just how much you are capable of. Cold exposure strengthens the immune system, stimulates circulation and brings mental clarity.
The ReWild Circuit Cold Plunge sessions will take place from 21.10-25.10.2025, as part of Sauna Fest.
It is an experience that every sauna and wellness enthusiast should try at least once in their lifetime.
If you are at the beginning of your journey into the world of sauna, get ready for 12 minutes that will completely change the way you look at the sauna from now on. The Aufguss ritual is created by an Aufguss Master who uses ice cubes and unique combinations of natural essential oils to generate intense steam. Through spectacular movements with a towel or flag, they distribute the steam to the participants. In addition, at Sauna Fest, every moment of Aufguss tells a story, includes props and costumes. The result: a perfect multisensory show, with multiple benefits for the mind and body.
